¶1This matter is before the Court on Petition for Approval of Consent Judgment and Respondent’s Consent Judgment for Entry of Final Order of Disbarment and Waiver of Probable Cause Finding. We approve the petition, accept respondent’s waiver of appointment of referee and disbar respondent, Carl W. Taylor, from the practice of law in the State of Florida effective immediately.
