¶1Order affirmed, without costs of this appeal to either party. All concur. (Appeal from an order of Onondaga Trial Term denying plaintiff’s motion to set aside the verdict of a jury for no cause of action and for a new trial on the ground that the jury did not receive proper instructions.)
