Young v. Cushwa

U.S. Courts of Appeals

Decided March 8, 2001

U.S. Courts of Appeals · decided 2001-03-08

Applies 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (Civil Rights Act of 1871 / Section 1983 (Ku Klux Klan Act))

Decided 2001-03-08

PER CURIAM.

¶1Andre Young appeals the district court’s order denying relief on his 42 U.S.C.A. § 1983 (West Supp.2000) complaint. We have reviewed the record and the district court’s opinion and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we deny Young’s motion to consolidate and his motion for appointment of counsel, and affirm on the reasoning of the district court. See Young v. Cushwa, No. CA-00-77-AW (D. Md. filed Aug. 30; entered Aug. 31, 2000). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

¶2AFFIRMED.
