¶2Upon further reflection, the court being of the opinion that the ends of justice will probably be promoted by remanding this cause for a new trial and further evidence.
¶3It is therefore decreed, that the former decree rendered by this court in this cause be set aside, and that this cause be remanded for further proceedings according to law; the appellees paying the costs of this appeal.
