¶1The vacation of the final order especially after the warrant had been issued was not justified under the circumstances presented (Hendricks v. Ergis, 66 N. Y. S. 2d 349; Hanover Bank v. De Koenigsberg, 207 Misc. 1088, affd. 285 App. Div. 928).
¶2The order should be reversed, with $10 costs, and final order for landlord reinstated, with costs.
