¶1ORDER
¶2Kenneth Brauer appeals his conviction following a jury trial for unlawful use of a weapon, section 571.030, RSMo Cum. Supp. 2013. He contends that the trial court plainly erred in failing to sua sponte submit an instruction on self-defense. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties.
¶3The judgment is affirmed. Rule 30.25(b).
