¶1We affirm appellant’s departure sentence except to strike the imposition of community service given under section 27.3455, Florida Statutes, because appellant’s offense was committed prior to the effective date of that statute, see Yost v. State, 489 So.2d 131 (Fla. 5th DCA 1986).
¶2AFFIRMED as modified.
