¶1This is an appeal from a judgment in a criminal case. The court erred in imposing section 27.3455, Florida Statutes (1985), costs against appellant because his crime was committed before the effective date of that statute. Yost v. State, 489 So.2d 131 (Fla.5th DCA 1986), affirmed 507 So.2d 1099 (Fla.1987).
¶2The judgment is hereby amended to delete the requirement to pay those particular costs.
¶3It is so ordered.
