Brown v. State Comptroller

U.S. Courts of Appeals

Decided February 8, 2013

U.S. Courts of Appeals · decided 2013-02-08

Decided 2013-02-08

¶1*226Affirmed by unpublished PER CURIAM opinion.

¶2Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit.

PER CURIAM:

¶3Jerome Julius Brown appeals the district court’s order dismissing his civil complaint. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. See Brown v. State Comptroller of Md., No. 1:12-cv-01881-ELH (D. Md. filed June 28, 2012; entered June 29, 2012). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

¶4AFFIRMED.
