¶1(concurring in part, dissenting in part) :
¶2I concur that the record contains sufficient evidence to sustain the conviction, but I disagree with this Court’s position concerning the authority of the trial court to suspend defendant’s sentence. For the reasons stated in dissent to Black v. State, supra.
