¶1Upon consideration of appellant’s motion to review the trial court’s order denying appellant’s motion for post-conviction relief, it appears that an insufficient showing was made in the trial court to justify denial of the motion without an evidentiary hearing.
¶2Accordingly, the order appealed from is reversed and the cause is remanded with directions to hold an evidentiary hearing on appellant’s motion for post-conviction relief.
