Guekry, J.

¶1The defendant was convicted of the offense of simple larceny, under an indictment accusing him jointly with another. This court is unable, after a careful reading of the evidence, to say that there was not sufficient evidence to support the verdict. The trial judge having overruled the motion for a new trial, this court will not interfere.

¶2Judgment affirmed.
