¶2The numerous undisputed facts discussed in the majority opinion are sufficient to convince me that the trial court clearly exceeded its discretion in awarding unsupervised visitation to Kristopher Eric Richey. Consequently, I concur in the decision to reverse the judgment of the Court of Civil Appeals insofar as it affirmed that aspect of the order of the trial court.
