¶1The judgment and sentence entered below are affirmed, but the cause is remanded for correction of a clerical error in the judgment which finds Williams guilty of the second-degree felony of aggravated battery, rather than for the third-degree felony of aggravated assault, as was intended. This change does not affect the guidelines scoresheet, since the total points remain unchanged.
