¶1The trial court summarily denied the post-conviction motion of Ernest Gamble on the grounds that it was not timely filed according to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. We agree. See Wilkinson v. State, 504 So.2d 29 (Fla. 2d DCA 1987).
