State v. Foster

Missouri Court of Appeals

Decided February 28, 2017

Missouri Court of Appeals · decided 2017-02-28

Decided 2017-02-28

¶1Order

Per Curiam:

¶2Mr. Corian E. Foster appeals from the judgment of the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri, convicting him of possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia following a bench trial. On appeal, Mr. Foster argues that the trial court erred in overruling his motion to suppress evidence. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum of law has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 30.25(b).
