¶1would grant to determine whether the failure to advise a person of his rights reasonably soon after his arrest or detention as required by La. Const, art 1 § 13 and La.C.Cr.P. art 218.1 bars the introduction of any statement made by the person in custody, whether in response to interrogation or not.
