¶1In re Pendleton, Darryl; applying for writ of mandamus, supervisory and/or remedial writs; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. KW-8669; Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court, Div. “G”, No. 281-945.

¶2The relator represents that the district court has failed to act timely on a motion he has filed for production of documents. If relator’s representation is correct, the district court is ordered to consider and act on the motion.
