PER CURIAM.

¶1Samuel Johnson appeals the denial of his rule 3.850 motion. We affirm the trial court’s ruling that grounds 1, 2, and 4 of the motion could have been raised on direct appeal. We conclude that ground 3 of the motion is legally insufficient in that it fails to state facts sufficient to show that appellant was denied effective assistance of trial counsel.

¶2AFFIRMED.
