¶1This appeal follows the entry of a Final Judgment of Dismissal denying appellants’ petition for revocation of the probated will of Harry A. Scarane. Agreeing with the trial court that appellants failed to meet the standard necessary to raise the presumption of undue influence by appellee, see In Re Estate of Carpenter, 253 So.2d 697 (Fla. 1971), we affirm the judgment under review.
