BUCHANAN, Judge,

¶1concurring.

¶2I concur solely on the basis that it appears from the record that the trial court committed reversible error by relying upon an improper presentence investigation report as the justification for enhancing Fu-gate's sentence. Therefore, the pronouncement of sentence should be reversed and this case remanded to the trial court for resentencing.
