¶1In re Taylor, James; applying for writ of mandamus; Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court, Div. “G”, No. 198-183.

¶2The relator represents that the district court has failed to act timely on a motion he has filed for production of his Boykin examination and sentencing transcript. If relator’s representation is correct, the district court is ordered to consider and act on the motion.
