¶1In re Miller, Daniel Raymond; applying for writ of certiorari and/or review, supervisory and/or remedial writs; to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, No. CW87 1229; Parish of East Baton Rouge, East Baton Rouge Family Court, Div. “A”, No. 79635.

¶2Granted. The ruling of the Court of Appeal is set aside. The judgment of the trial court overruling the exceptions is reinstated. The case is remanded for further proceedings.
