¶1This is an appeal from a money judgment for the plaintiff entered after a non-jury trial on theories of breach of contract and conspiracy. We find neither pleading nor proof to support the former ground and no legal basis for the latter. 10 Fla.Jur.2d Conspiracy § 2 (1979). Accordingly, the judgment is reversed with directions to enter one for the appellant.
