¶1We grant petitioner’s request for belated appeal and treat the petition as one for review of denial of a motion for relief under rule 3.850, Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure. However, the motion having been filed in the trial court after January 1, 1987, complaining of a sentence imposed in 1982, comes too late under rule 3.850. We therefore affirm.
