¶1ON APPLICATION FOR REHEARING
¶2I would grant a rehearing in this matter and reconsider our original holding concerning the issue of cause. In my concurring opinion I suggested that appellant was equating “cause” with “argument” and that there is a difference. On reconsideration, that analysis may not be correct.
¶3I would therefore grant a rehearing, and have the matter re-argued.
