52 N.Y. St. Rep. 940

Simerman v. Sickles

Decided May 1, 1893

Decided 1893-05-01

Per Curiam.

¶1The exceptions, argued upon the appeal, relate to the charge and refusals to charge. They are all fully met by considering them in connection with the whole of the charge. Then there appears to have been no error.

¶2Judgment and order affirmed, with costs.
