¶1concurring. — I concur in the result and, in the event an appeal is taken, respectfully urge the Supreme Court to reconsider its ruling that a life tenant must refund the sums received as current rents so far as they exceed the amount allocated to income on completion of the salvage operation. I refer to my dissenting opinion in the second Nird-linger case, found at 34 D. & C. 39.
