LABORDE, Judge.

¶1This case was consolidated for trial and appeal with a companion suit, Spears v. McCormick & Company, Inc., 520 So.2d 805 (La.App. 3d Cir.1987), also decided on this date.

¶2For reasons assigned in the aforesaid case, the judgment appealed from in the *813instant suit is affirmed. Costs of this appeal are taxed to Bessie Barton.

¶3AFFIRMED.
