BRETT, Judge

¶1(specially concurs) :

¶2After a careful examination of the entire record in this case, I concur herein. However, insofar as another year has passed since the defendant stood trial and was sentenced, defense counsel may want to consider the provisions of 22 O.S.1971, § 994, for further consideration of the trial court. This, of course, presupposes defendant is in a position to make a positive demonstration toward rehabilitation.
