BOWEN, Presiding Judge.

¶1Jerry Burks pleaded guilty to, and was convicted of, possession of marijuana. The sentence of two years’ imprisonment was suspended and probation was granted.

¶2Burks has failed to file a brief on appeal. There is no indication in the record that he is indigent. Therefore, this appeal is dismissed as authorized by Rule 2(a)(2)(A), A.R.A.P.

¶3APPEAL DISMISSED.
