PER CURIAM.

¶1Richard T. Hayes appeals the summary denial of his postconviction relief motion. The trial judge denied the motion on the basis that the oath to the motion was insufficient. Our review of the file shows that the motion was made under the oath prescribed by Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. While we find that the oath was sufficient, the claims raised in the motion are not. Accordingly, we affirm.
