¶1The appellee has moved this court to relinquish jurisdiction to allow the trial court to vacate the default entered against the appellant. Because this appeal is from the default, we treat the appellee’s motion as a confession of error and reverse the Order on Default [sic] and remand the cause to the trial court for further proceedings.
¶2Reversed and remanded.
