¶1The appellant contends that he was sentenced pursuant to a scoresheet never adopted as law by the legislature and that the proper scoresheet would have resulted in less points and a lower sentence range. Appellee concedes error.
¶2Accordingly, the sentence is reversed and the cause remanded for resentencing using the proper scoresheet. Otherwise, affirmed.
