¶1The appellee concedes that the “lump sum, non-modifiable alimony ... of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) per month for thirty-six (36) consecutive months” should not have been made terminable upon the “Wife’s remarriage, death or cohabitation with an adult male ...” and that condition is hereby stricken. Except as so modified, the judgment is affirmed.
¶2AFFIRMED as MODIFIED.
