¶1AFTER REMANDMENT BY THE SUPREME COURT OF ALABAMA

¶2In accordance with the Alabama Supreme Court decision in Ex parte Zinn, 527 *152So.2d 148 (Ala.1988), this cáse is reversed and remanded to the trial court for re-trial.

¶3REVERSED AND REMANDED.
