¶1AFTER REMAND FROM SUPREME COURT OF ALABAMA
¶2In compliance with the direction of the Supreme Court of Alabama in Ex parte Gore, 527 So.2d 694 (Ala.1988), the judgment of the circuit court is reversed and this case is remanded for proceedings not inconsistent with the opinion of the Supreme Court.
¶3REVERSED AND REMANDED.
