¶1The court has reviewed the initial brief of appellant and finds that it fails to demonstrate a preliminary basis for reversal. Accordingly, pursuant to Rule 9.315(a), Florida Rules of Appellate Procedure, the order of the deputy commissioner denying Mr. Christian’s claim for workers’ compensation benefits is AFFIRMED.
