¶1Appellant’s conviction and sentence are affirmed; however, this cause is remanded to the trial court for correction of the judgment of sentence to reflect that appellant was convicted of a third degree felony, not a second degree felony.
¶2AFFIRMED in part, REVERSED in part, and REMANDED.
