Thomas v. Thomas

¶1Appellant husband appeals a final order of dissolution of marriage which awarded him a special equity in the marital home, but which failed to award him sole ownership of the home as either lump sum alimony or as part of an equitable distribution of the marital property. Competent substantial evidence supports the lower court’s distribution of property, and no abuse of discretion has been shown. Accordingly, we affirm.
