Decided 1936-07-06

MacIntyre, J.

¶11. The defendant’s challenge to the array of jurors put upon him, and his plea to the jurisdiction, were without merit. The same questions were presented in Peacock v. State, ante, 599.

¶22. The evidence authorized the verdict, and the court did not err in overruling the motion for new trial.

¶3 Judgment affirmed.

Broyles, O. J., and Querry, J., concur.
