¶1Judgment reversed on the authority of Kerr v. Lydecker, 51 Ohio St., 240; and this cause is remanded to the court of common pleas with direction to sustain the demurrer to the third defense of the answer, setting up the statute of limitations; and such further proceedings as may be required by law
