¶1The offense is burglary; penalty assessed at confinement in the penitentiary for two years.
¶2Neither bills of exception'nor statement of facts accompany the record.
¶3In the motion for new trial, appellant complains of some arguments charged to have been made. The complaint, however, is not supported by any bills of exception.
¶4No error having been perceived, the judgment is affirmed.
