LATTIMORE, J.

¶1Conviction for robbery; punishment, five years in the penitentiary.

¶2Appellant was charged with robbery by the use of firearms. He made a motion to quash the indictment. He asked one special charge, which was given. He made a motion for new trial, which was overruled, but no complaint is made by bill of exception of any proceeding, nor is there in the record a statement of facts.

¶3No error appearing, the judgment will be affirmed.
