¶1In re Burt, Fletcher David; applying for writ of mandamus, prohibition, supervisory and/or remedial writ; Parish of Calcasieu, 14th Judicial District Court, Div. “C”, No. 7867; to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, No. CR87-1330.

¶2Granted in part, denied in part and remanded. Relator need only assign errors in his brief to the court of appeal. La.Code Juvenile Pro. art. 97. Case remanded to the court of appeal for further proceedings. Otherwise denied.
