¶1Appellant appeals his conviction of battery on a law enforcement officer. We affirm the conviction. However, we remand for correction of the sentencing order to reflect 281 days’ credit for time served in conformance with the oral pronouncement at the sentencing hearing.
¶2AFFIRMED but REMANDED for correction of the jail time credit portion of the sentencing order.
