¶1WRIT GRANTED AND MADE PEREMPTORY:

¶2The trial judge s order of September 2, 1988 releasing the vehicle seized in docket #CR-1119-88, State v. David Dunnehoo is vacated and set aside. This case is remanded to the lower court for the purposes of a contradictory hearing held pursuant to La.R.S. 32:1550(C) to determine whether the vehicle is subject to forfeiture.
