¶1In re Thompson, Charles; applying for supervisory and/or remedial writ; to the *108Court of Appeal, Second Circuit, No. 20236-KW; Parish of Caddo, 1st Judicial District Court, Div. “D”, No. 104093.

¶2Granted and remanded to the district court to consider and take appropriate action on new and different claims for post conviction relief. There has been a prima facie showing of excusable failure to raise claims in earlier applications.

MARCUS, LEMMON and COLE, JJ., would grant the writ.
