PER CURIAM.

¶1We recognize that the conviction of a codefendant was vacated;1 however, there are distinguishing facts presented in this case. Accordingly, we affirm Pearce’s convictions for trafficking in cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

¶2AFFIRMED.
