BRETT, Presiding Judge¶1(concurring in part and dissenting in part) :¶2I concur that this conviction should be affirmed, but I dissent to any reference to Dean v. Crisp, supra. There were other former convictions without the seventeen year old conviction to sustain the former conviction charge.
